Jennifer Baltimore is an art and psychology teacher at Middle College High School in Franklin, Tennessee. She received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, and her teaching certification from Middle Tennessee State University.
Baltimore is a Nashville native and has resided in Franklin for fifteen years. She is an emerging artist and her paintings consist of realistic/abstracted subject matter and non-objective works.
